In Biff's league, Week 2 front-page honors went to Higgs, who's employing a fantasy tactic not previously used in the league's 24-year history: He's gone nearly all-in with one NFL team: the Giants.
 
Six of his eight starters are G-Men:
 
QB: Eli Manning
RB: Ahmad Bradshaw
WR: Hakeem Nicks
WR: Victor Cruz
TE: Martellus Bennett
DEF: Giants
 
The plan didn't work well in Week 1. But last Sunday was different as Manning, Cruz and Nicks rang up huge numbers and Higgs' Steroid Express blasted its foe 63-43 and evened its record at 1-1.
 
So the New Yorkenstein experiment is still a go, for now. And its life-giver, Higgs (who isn't 75 years old like the photo would suggest), continues to operate.
